1) The Senior Management Team and/or CEO gives final approval of proposed new/modified policy.
2) Memo in email form from CEO or Senior VP/Executive Director is disseminated to the Management Team announcing the policy’s finalization, date of implementation, and the date/forum upon which the policy is to be reviewed for compliance and effectiveness (typically within 90 days).
3) The Performance Improvement Coordinator uploads the finalized policy into the online electronic Policies and Procedures.
